Sika Créche
Infants accepted from 1 year old
Our state of the art créche host a wide range of activities for infants to thrive and achieve their milestones. Infants must provide complete immunisation cards to be accepted into the créche.
The clean and spacious environment has a maximum of 10 infants with 3 qualified and highly trained carers.
Nursery & Kindergarten
Children accepted to Nursery from 2 years old and Kindergarten from 4 years old
In the nursery, children learn through play, actively and creatively exploring the world around them and developing new ideas and skills. Teachers observe children's play closely, getting to know each child's interests and needs and of the group.
Children then follow the curriculum from KG1, which includes:
Personal, Social and Emotional development
Communication and Language
Physical Development
Literacy (reading and writing) and Maths (shapes, numbers, space and measures)
Understanding the World (IT, communities and people in the world)
Expressive arts and design
Lower and Upper Primary
Entry requirements include entrance exams in English and Maths. Ages 6 - 11 years
All lower and upper primary classes have a full-time teacher and learning assistant. In addition, there are subject-specific teachers for French, Art, Music, Social studies, ICT, PE & Games, as well as Maths and English specialist teachers.
All children are based in the Dwen Campus, a 10-minute drive from the main office in KDS Dormaa Ahenkro.
Throughout the lower primary, children have an opportunity to join our School Council, liaising with upper primary pupils to develop innovative suggestions for school improvement.
our curriculum follows the standard of the Ghana Education Service, with additional subjects shaped around issues that can be accessed from a personal, local and global perspective.
Our teaching style helps develop children’s understanding of how to look after themselves, others and the world around them, as global citizens of the future.
Junior High
Ages 11 - 14 years. Extensive entrance exam and good or excellent school records required
We provide a secure environment with an approach centred on excellent academic achievement, in which all children are encouraged to be creative, inquisitive and discuss ideas. We prepare our students to sit the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) to qualify for the top senior high schools in Ghana.

Our Boarding facilities now open!
On the 4th of July 2021, our boarding facilities opened and is currently available for children in class 5 to Junior High 3.
We offer a safe a clean environment for your child to thrive and reach their full potential. From sunrise to lights out, your child would be encouraged to study for their exams, enjoy recreational team bonding exercises and pastoral are from house masters and mistresses.
